HVAC postcard mailers

Shared postcard advertising for HVAC companies

Share a postcard with local businesses in other categories and split the cost of printing and postage. Only one HVAC business appears on each postcard.

One HVAC business per postcard, so a direct competitor can't be on the same card.
Every ad gets a QR code, and your dashboard shows activity from it.
Feature the offer that fits the season, like an A/C tune-up or a furnace check.
Your phone number and website go on your ad, so readers contact you directly.

Your ad, from design to delivery.

You supply the business details and the offer. We help put the ad together and take care of printing and mailing.

Several businesses appear on the same postcard, so you share the printing and postage costs.
We handle the printing
We print the postcards ourselves on sturdy cardstock and prepare them for mailing.
Design help included
Send your logo, contact details, and what you want to promote. We’ll put together an ad for you to review.
Choose your mailing area
See the neighborhoods and household count for each campaign before choosing a spot.
A QR code for your ad
Send readers to your website, booking page, or offer. Your dashboard shows activity from your code.
One business per category
Only one business of each type goes on a postcard, so there won’t be two auto shops, two dentists, or two roofing companies on the same card. If two businesses overlap, we decide whether both can run.

Common questions

Questions from HVAC businesses

When should an HVAC company mail?

Many HVAC companies time their offers to the seasons, with A/C tune-ups before summer and furnace checks before winter. Each campaign shows its target mailing date, so you can choose one that fits.

How many calls should I expect?

We can't promise a number. It depends on your offer, the households on the route, and how many readers become customers. The calculator on this page lets you try different assumptions.

How is this different from buying leads?

Lead services usually charge for each lead. A postcard spot is one price for one mailing, and the card goes to the homes on that campaign's routes. Readers contact you directly.

Can I run a tune-up special with a coupon code?

Yes. Send us the offer and the code, and we'll put them on your ad. A price and an end date make an offer easier to act on, and a code helps you tell which calls came from the postcard.

What does a spot cost?

Spots range from $300 for a small, coupon-style ad to $1,800 for a Featured spot that appears on both sides of the card. Booking 3, 6, or 12 months saves 10%, 15%, or 20%, and paying for 12 months up front takes off another 5% (24% in total). Prices include printing, mailing preparation, and postage, and sales tax is added at checkout. The full price list is on the pricing page.

Will a competitor be on the same postcard?

No. Each postcard has only one business of each type, so there won't be two auto shops, two dentists, or two roofing companies on the same card. When two businesses overlap or are closely related, The Neighborhood Pros decides whether both can run. This covers the postcard you booked, not other cards or campaigns. On a 3-month, 6-month or 12-month booking, your spot is kept for you on each monthly mailing in that market, but not on other campaigns or in other markets.

No automatic renewal

Ready to put your business on the next postcard?

See the available campaigns and choose a spot that fits your business. Each spot is a one-time purchase, and nothing renews automatically.
